Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sindhi Thappa, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund policy once an order has been processed and shipped.

Exchanges & Return: > We only offer exchanges in the specific case where the size delivered does not match the size ordered by the customer.

• To be eligible for a size exchange, you must notify us within 30 hours of delivery.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• Please note that slight color variations due to screen resolutions do not qualify for an exchange.
