Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2-3 business days.

  • Main Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan: 5–7 business days.

  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 400 across Pakistan.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • COD is not applicable on our orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email. You can track your parcel on our courier partner's website.

5. Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout.

 

6. Shipping & Order Cancellation Policy

Shipping Timeline:
• All local orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan after dispatch.

Order Cancellation:
• Before Dispatch: You can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. If the order has not been handed over to our courier partner, we will issue a full refund.


• After Dispatch: Once an item has been dispatched and a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
